Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Ralfi by stores and businesses. By creating an account, you accept them.

The service

Ralfi is an AI sales assistant that answers your store's customers on your website, Instagram and WhatsApp, checks your catalog, creates carts and orders, sends payment links and manages bookings.

Your account

You're responsible for the information you put into Ralfi (products, prices, stock, policies, hours) and for keeping account access secure. The assistant answers based on that data; keep it accurate.

Payments and fees

Payments made through Ralfi checkout are processed by Stripe, via a Stripe account in your store's name. Ralfi keeps a 2% fee on each sale paid this way; Stripe's fees apply separately. Orders paid on Shopify or WooCommerce checkout carry no Ralfi fee.

Acceptable use

You may not use Ralfi to sell illegal products, send spam, mislead consumers or break the rules of connected platforms (including Instagram and WhatsApp).

Artificial intelligence

Ralfi is designed not to invent prices, stock or policies and to confirm only completed actions. Still, no AI system is perfect. Keep an eye on conversations. You can take over or pause any of them at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available, but it also depends on third parties (messaging platforms, payments, online stores). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid to Ralfi in the previous 12 months.

Cancellation

You can stop using Ralfi at any time by removing the code from your site and disconnecting channels. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Portuguese law applies.
